Exchange Policy
At Bud & Blade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for flowers that have been delivered and accepted by the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
